After falling in love with the area and purchasing Pineapple Plantation vacation rental in 2002, Bill hatched his exit plan trading the corporate chaos of Dallas, TX for the peace and tranquility of Gulf County earning his real estate license in 2004 and moving his family to the coast in early 2008.
Over the past 7 years Bill has been ranked in the Top 10 in sales many times with the following distinctions:

Bill has successfully handled numerous short sales and foreclosures, and has helped clients purchase homes both at auction and on the court house steps including finding properties not even listed for sale.
As owner of Pineapple Plantation on Cape San Blas since September 2002, Bill is thoroughly experienced in vacation rental home ownership. He has an extensive knowledge of internet marketing, reservations, management and income expectations. When not working hard for his clients, Bill is involved with his wife Caryn’s businesses, Hospitality Linens and The Laundry Basket. Hospitality Linens focuses on commercial work serving many property management companies on the Forgotten Coast and the Laundry Basket is a self-serve coin Laundromat on Reid Avenue Port St. Joe where Bill has been known to meet clients.
A family man, Bill also manages his boy’s competitive soccer team and serves as the Chairman for the International Baccalaureate Parent Committee for Rutherford High School in Panama City.
