Health and fitness are important parts of daily living and critical to help our ability to function. During his presentation Shad will offer expert tips on the importance of exercise and eating healthy. He believes that you don’t have to go to the gym to improve your health, just take time to plan and incorporate exercise as part of your day.
As a long time fitness enthusiast, Shad Smith enjoys the chance to educate others about the importance of health, wellness and fitness. A native of Indiana, he now calls Mexico Beach home where he enjoys all sports—primarily tennis, volleyball and football. He started his career in sports medicine and that has led him to develop a passion for health and fitness. Shad also teaches online part-time and spends his free time playing tennis, working out or reading about health and fitness.
